We have good intentions to get fit, lose weight and exercise. But so often after a couple of weeks or months, we "fall off the wagon" as they say.

How can we exercise more consistently and truly make it a part of our morning routine?

In this HappyBit I share a couple of tips that have helped me to consistently exercise, even with (or perhaps despite) having 6 kids.

It boils down to feeling good and increasing happiness. And that\'s one thing no mom should ever give up!
