On today\\u2019s episode of the Tuning In Podcast, I share some simple practices to bring you from an emotionally charged state to one of calm clarity. I share a recent story where I took on challenges of three people in my life - none of which were mine to fix. Yet, I fell into an old pattern of taking on the responsibility to protect, fix and defend people in my life. After following the practices outlined in this episode, I was able to settle into a neutral state. From that place I could hold a loving, safe space for people in my life and stop leaking energy.
