Lorenzo Alexander joins Craig Hoffman and Chris Gorres to discuss their new off-season training program for high school and college football players. Chris and Lorenzo talk about the discussions that led to the project before diving into what they wanted to accomplish in creating it.

The trio then discusses how athletes will be challenged physically and mentally by the program and why both are necessary not only to succeed on the field, but off it. They also spend some quality time on Lorenzo's testing of the program, including the 300 yard shuttles that didn't quite go according to plan.
