Craig Hoffman and Chris Gorres talk about a research study that proves that more is sometimes actually less when it comes to performance training. The study shows that when reps become more than 20% less than max velocity, there are diminishing returns on performance. However there are gains in muscle growth. So how do we use that information to create a productive long term plan to meet our clients' needs.

Plus, Chris talks about the work he's been doing at Onyx Elite with the Richmond Kickers and Craig talks about his trips to Bash and MADabolic to take classes. Chris also challenges Craig to a fight. Kinda. You have to listen to find out more.
