Why your "diet" just isn't working for you

If it took 5 years to put on 80lbs, would 80lbs come off in 2 weeks? Media always tries to teach weight loss as this simple thing that everyone can follow when in reality it's wrong. It sets us up for failure either now or in the future. Don't get me wrong, weight loss is simple and understand nutrition is simple. It's like that saying, "give a man a fish, feed him for the night, teach the man to fish and feed him for life". Once you learn what a carb, fat, and protein is, you will truly understand what your body needs vs wants, and how to eat for health, performance, progress, ect. You would finally be in control.

Key Takeaways:

  • How different body types will react to different meal plans
  • How some "fits all" diet plans can help you, guide you, make you gain more weight, or not help you at all
  • Weight is gained over a period of time. This is the same with weight loss, but how can you sustain it
