Why FAD Diets Will Never Work!

"Lose 20lbs in less than 60 days, guaranteed!". This is an example of a headline of a FAD diet that catches peoples eyes because at the time of them searching for help, they are desperate and vulnerable wanting results now! I was guilty of this as well plus thousands of others, so you're not alone. When I went to the supplement stores and I saw a protein supplement that would say "Gain 8lbs of muscle in 2 weeks" I would be emotionally attracted because of how bad I wanted results.  There are many reasons why FAD diets will never work, but in this episode I cover about 3 reasons (plus some minor rants) with in depth reasoning behind all three. FAD diets create quick results for a short period of time. Now why do I say that, well because most FAD diets will put you in a caloric deficit to ensure weight loss do to calories in versus calories out. There are side effects, temporary ones, that will damage your health and create more frustrations, struggles, and anger towards why your body isn't doing what you want it to do.
