The quality of each rep will determine how great your progress & health will be

I used to be that guy who NEVER cared how I was lifting the weight, as long as it impressed people around me I was good. Instead of focusing on ME and MY GOALS, HEALTH, and BODY, I was more worried about being a "man" and lifting heavy weight as soon as I could. Here is the thing with that. IT DOESN'T WORK AND THOSE PEOPLE DON'T CARE!

 

In this episode I break down just how important the quality of your lift is in two different ways. Each way will greatly benefit your progress along with your health for everyday life.
