There are a few reasons why the mind to body connection is crucial. In this episode I will share with you the 3 most important reasons why the mind to body connection is essential to achieve, maintain, and strengthen. Before we begin talking about these reasons, let's understand first what "Mind to Body Connection" Really means. The body will do what the mind wants it to do, but what good is that if the movement or task isn't done correctly or at it's best ability?  When I first began my weightlifting journey, I wasted tons of time worrying about quantity over quality. I wanted to push heavy weights no matter what my form looked like. Not only did it not work, but I did a lot of work for minimal gains. The mind to body connection is essential to dominating your body and achieving the most valuable gains you can ever imagine. The mind to body connection is important for: Muscle gain, Strength gain, and injury prevention. The most important one out of these three is the injury prevention. You can not lift weights and achieve muscle/strength gains if you're injured.
