Stop focusing on "Losing Weight". It will cause more harm than good.

If I were to drink 1 gallon of water right now, and step in the scale, I would of gained maybe a pound or more. If I were to step on the scale after sweating in the sauna for 30 minutes, I would of lost weight. Weight is defined by so many different variables. With losing weight, a lot of people believe that all that needs to be done is eat less calories and do tons of cardio (WRONG). When we focus on losing body fat and gaining lean muscle (RIGHT) we then focus on training style & purpose along with proper MACRO INTAKE!!!! Train for a purpose not just to simply "lose weight".
