Stop Doing Cardio and Start Doing This

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. Why must we always think that to lose "Weight" we must go into a caloric deficit and run for hours on the treadmill? What that does is WAY more damage than good. Let me share with you a better way to shred fat and not only that, but shred fat through out the day even when you're not working out. To lose fat we must be in a light caloric deficit and burn more calories than we are consuming right. But how can we effectively burn calories in less time? I'll give you a hint, it's a 4 letter acronym.....If you haven't guessed it yet it's okay. It's HIIT! 20 minutes of HIIT 2- 4 times a week will DRAMATICALLY create better results than spending 1 hour on the treadmill, elliptical, etc.  Let's go in more detail in the episode!
