Staying on track with your goals during the hard times of life

Talking about the best way to build muscle or best way to shred fat is all great, but what about about everything else that can get in the way of your goals. Aside from the burning fire you have to achieve goals, there is this thing called life, and life will come in and try it's best to push you off your route. How do you stay focused when someone in your family passes away, how do you stay focused when you get a text saying your friend just committed suicide. How do you stay focused when you feel like everything is lost?

 

In this episode I will share with you all how to do that. How to think so your drive never dies out even when life is trying to make it. I will share with you my story on what I did to keep myself growing & going forward. Life will always happen even when you don't want it, and no matter how hard you prepare for the worst, you can only prepare so much. your health is life, and your life is your health, mentally & physically.
