We know that doing curls will make your biceps bigger. We know that doing bench press will make your chest bigger, and yes having big strong muscles is cool, but what about paying attention to the muscles that make us even stronger or healthier? We are made up of hundreds of bones and muscles that attach to those bones to let us move around, lift heavy weights, and enjoy life. There is one muscle group in particular that is overlooked and even embarrassing to talk about.

Our amazing guest speaker today, Brittney Ellers, is here to break the ice and expand our knowledge on the pelvic floor! Brittney has an incredible story with her pelvic floor and what brought her curiosity towards learning more about it. Not only is the pelvic floor important for health but it also plays a major role in sex. A healthy strong pelvic floor will ensure hernias don't occur, sex is pleasurable, injuries are prevented, bowel movements are smooth, and so much more!
