Training & Disciplined Nutrition Consumption is more than just shred fat & building muscle. It's about building who you are. You're mindset, you're confidence, and you're will to believe in yourself. Weight training is challenging and consistently raises your standards of who you are. As you show up to your workouts over and over again, to voluntarily apply pain to yourself to create progress, that's a pure definition of self improvement.  I've trained many clients, in person and online, and every person I have coached, something crazy happens. Yes they are happy about shredding inches off their waist or seeing there abs for the first time, but something happens to them. to their personality. To their perspective and state of well being. A massive improvement of confidence happens, a massive improvement of self love happens, and a massive improvement of self development happens.
