Voluntarily leaving a comfort zone for personal growth & progress is one thing, but what happens when we are forced to leave? How do we react? How do see the bright side of things? Most importantly, home do we stay positive?  Being forced to leave a comfort zone happens a lot throughout life, and the most beautiful thing about it is that adaptation MUST occur in order to achieve the best results. In times like these, with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are forced to adapt to: losing our jobs, staying inside, not going out every weekend, being out of school, being away form the gym, and constantly being in the house. Our complete routine and lifestyle has changed because of the safety of our country and population.  This also occurs when a doctor tells their patient that they're going to have to conduct constant fitness and fix their diet in order to live a healthy, strong, and happy life. This also occurs when your boss says that you need to go back to school to achieve the goals you want within your career. we have been and will continue to be forced out of our comfort zones. But guess what? The adaptation process that occurs during these times is already progress achieved. With more adaption comes improved reactions and bigger results. Adaption is progress, and you should be proud of yourself and continue to push yourself through the hard times because even when you think you are standing still and not accomplishing anything. You are!  www.trainhardlivestrong.com
