If you don't start NOW you never will

Our biggest enemy, our biggest critic, our biggest inspiration, is ourselves. Why is it that we can make every excuse in the world to stop us from starting our fitness journey but we don't make excuses doing things that destroy our health? I have come to a realization that there will never be a perfect coach, pill, video, song, ect, that will make that change for you. Yes you can find motivation & guidance/help, but what's going to keep you from quitting? What's going to stop you from taking that first step and starting NOW!! 

 

You are going to be the one to do that. You have to be the one to start now! In this episode I cover 5 things you can do TODAY to start NOW! Starting now isn't as crazy as you might think, it's actually very simple and when you do one of these five things you will then open a door to great things to come.

 

Not only that, but I also shared some mental road blocks, through my experiences as a coach, business owner, and self experience, that have made it difficult to take that first step to start NOW.
