How weight is gained vs how most people think weight is gained

Weight is gained gradually over a period of time. Same thing applies to weight loss. Weight is lost gradually over a period of time. With coaching many different types of people, body types, and lifestyles (along with interviewing over 100 guests on this show) I've come to see something similar in weight gain. Majority of people are ironically not eating enough. With a low caloric intake, a lot of side effects will take place and in this episode I will cover a piece of them.

Other episodes to listen to about reverse dieting:

  1. Episode 45: What is reverse dieting and how it will improve your health and physique / with Kelly Nicole
  2. Episode 118: Inside the mind of a contest prep coach with 22 wins / with Kash Guidry

Key Takeaways:

  • The most common weight gain factor I have seen in about 80% of my first time clients
  • The domino effect of not eating enough in your day. The side effects that create confusion
  • How to catch these side effects before they escalate into a life threatening disease
