How to evolve with your "Why" throughout your journey

Day one in the gym will not be the same as day one thousand. Why want it be the same? Well because you're not the same. You have changed in many ways and training, nutrition, performance, strength, ect, has all changed within your body. Your reason "why" on day one thousand will be different than your day one. How do we evolve with it? How do we better understand ourselves and why we want to pursue our goals in health & fitness? In this episode I will break it down for you so simple, and by doing this, you will evolve with your "why" to create an unbreakable mindset.

 

Life gets messy sometimes and we will fail. When we fail we find more things about ourselves that we would of never known unless we failed in the first place. As this continues to happen, and life takes it role, you will evolve along with your why. But the most important thing is to continue to ask yourself the questions I mentioned in this episode. The more you understand about yourself, the better endless progress you will achieve.
