One thing that really bugs me in the "fitness influencer world" is when someone puts on their feed, "Do these 5 exercises to get a 6 pack by summer". So you're telling me, if I did these 5 exercises, I would have a 6 pack by summer? I don't need to be in a caloric deficit, or do any cardio? I've said it before and I'll always say it this way, training creates the opportunity for progress. Nutrition and recovery create that progress. This is the same with building muscle. You see these guys that are shredded and girls with nice butts and legs, and they're bringing you in with that sweet headline. Do your research guys, or just listen to my podcast!
