How small progress can make drastic change

Published: Nov. 5, 2020, 9 a.m.

Majority of the time we get so focused on our goals (losing 10lbs, losing 20lbs, gaining muscle, getting faster, ect) that we lose sight of who we are and why we even began in the first place. On top of that, we strive to accomplish these goals over night or even in our first month, but in reality this won't happen (well at least in a healthy way). Doing to many changes or going drastic over night will cause a backlash effect that might push you further than where you are now. So how do we consistently move forward towards our progress?

We create small progress to fulfill drastic change towards your goals! In this episode I will explain how you can do this within your nutrition lifestyle, training, and mindset. Little moves can make a huge play, and this is how you must look at your journey. When you have a goal to shred 20lbs of fat and in 2 months all you lose is 5, don't put yourself down. Embrace your small progress and create the drastic change that you want!

And, if you haven't started your journey yet, it's okay. You can start today by applying one of the many things I share in this episode.
