Get rid of what's holding you back FOR GOOD

A huge question I get asked a lot is, "yo Matt, how do I let go of bad habits?" This is a great question because a lot of us have bad lifestyle habits that have turned into a lifestyle which mimics the body in thinking this is "ok". This is where obesity, high blood pressure, overwhelming stress, anxiety, depression, ect all start taking place. I will be sharing my best advice for this question today. This answer will not be an overnight fix. Just like everything else in life, you will need to work towards it.

 

Health, fitness, nutrition, hydration, and sleep all create the longevity in the life you want to live. With this being said, you need to understand and dominate each category. You need to find what you root struggle is. The number one reason why you're not accomplishing something. Once you find out what this is, then you need to ask yourself, What will happen if I don't fix this and what will happen if I do. After you figure that out, then you have one last thing you need to ask yourself, "how bad do I want/need this?" You already know you will be uncomfortable and that you'll need to put in hard ass work, so put that aside and ask yourself honestly. How bad do you want this?
