the mind is a powerful tool. What we can do with simply the way we think is: change your mindset, think into success, invision greatness and achieve it, create positivity that is contagious. This also works on a negative point of view. If we think we can't then we won't. If we think we will fail then we will never try. One thing that the fitness world has ruined is a person mindset of thinking of themselves! Social media is filled with tons of people that have the "dream body", but is that dream body meant for you? Is that person truly happy? You see a photo or a 60 second clip of their life. You have no idea what happens behind the scene or if that post was for them to make money.
