Have you ever eaten healthy for a duration of time and never achieved any progress? Healthy foods should mean weight loss right because it's better than fast food or processed foods? This is where a lot of people begin to get confused and over think the importance of foods and what benifits each lifestyle has. Weight loss has it's own equation and so does eating for health or athletics. In this episode I will share with you how to better understand the differences and always have control.
