Do you need supplements to get results?

Do you need supplements in order to achieve your goals in weight loss, fat loss, performance, muscle growth, ect? The answer is no. You don't need them, but would it help, yes. Supplements have been created to assist in filling the empty spots or amplifying certain spots. There are 4 supplements I always get asked about: Protein, Creatine, Pre-Workout, and Vitamins. 

 

In this episode I will share my story with supplements and how I was stupid with them at a young age. It's crucial to understand your goals, what you need to get their (naturally first), then understand what you can take to amplify or fill an empty spot. A lot of people have low protein intakes, so a protein shake here and there will help higher your intake. If you eat enough protein but want to workout harder and grow faster, then protein will amplify progress. Supplements depend on your goals, health, and how fast you want it.
