5 reasons why you haven't achieved your health & fitness goals

For the passed 14 years of training I've come to understand that everyone's journey will have these 5 reasons, and I mean it's a must! For the passed 5 years of me coaching other people as well as helping soldiers in US Army achieve high physical levels, these 5 reasons just find even a more permanent position in everyone's transformation journey. 

 

Transforming your body & health is not just a 12 week program, it's rest rest of your life. Imagine a life long project that demands your attention every second of the day, and the amount of time left in your life depends on how great of a job you put on your part. I highly recommend after listening to this episode that you take some time to reflect on your journey/goals and see where you need improvement.
