4 ways to get 6 pack abs

The core is a hard muscle group to define. How do you get a 6 pack? Do you have to do tons of cardio and eat chicken, rice, and broccoli only? Do you have to be genetically gifted with a 6 pack to have one? I've been asked many different questions on how to get a 6 pack. I struggled with getting a 6 pack since I started my fitness journey in 2009. My core was one muscle group that just never wanted to cooperate.  In this episode I will share with you "4 ways to get 6 pack abs". I learned a lot with my own self experience and learned even more by helping others achieve the same. The core is a very fascinating muscle group and there are more than just one way to achieve a nice shredded core.
