2020 has ended and now it's time to set yourself up for SUCCESS in 2021. New year resolutions are about to flood in January and with all the people setting these "new" goals, about 3 out of 5 people will quit by February. One other person will make it to March and let the speed of progress stop them from pursuing, which leaves us with 1 out of 5 people being successful in their "new year resolution goals". In this episode I wanted to sculpt 3 ways that you can become successful with your fitness & health goals.
