But if that seems like too much for today, no worries - just head over to the podcast page and pick one of the other meditations that were meaningful to you. One of the beautiful things about a meditation practice is that it's practice, that one of the reasons we do it is to train our mind to settle down and focus, so if you feel unsettled or scattered, that's part of the practice - it's a chance for you to step in and draw your mind back to the one thing, and to let your thoughts drift out just like they drifted in. Remember that you are welcome here and there's no pressure, no obligation, just an invitation. So make a little space in your schedule (just about seven minutes this time), find a quiet spot, and let's get started."
