I've got two different meditations for you today, so you can have a chance to choose whether you're feeling like a seven minute meditation or if you're ready to move up to a ten minute meditation. Or if that seems like too much for today, or you want to use one of the earlier ones, no worries - just head over to the podcast page and pick one of the other meditations that were meaningful to you. The seven minute meditation focuses again on your thoughts. This one is the ten minute meditation that brings you back to your breath, so if you're not sure which to choose, feel free to choose based on the focus for the day.
