It\\u2019s the Goldilocks Syndrome\\u2026. It\\u2019s too hot to exercise. It\\u2019s too cold. It\\u2019s too early. It\\u2019s too late. I\\u2019m too tired or busy or overweight or overwhelmed. When x, y, or z changes, things will be better, easier. That\\u2019s not long to wait, right? And, so, we talk ourselves into waiting and out of working toward fitness. All the while, we\\u2019re fully convinced we have the world\\u2019s most pragmatic mindset. What else could we do in such a situation? It\\u2019s just the way it has to be. Exercise just can\\u2019t happen under these circumstances. And so we give away our chance at vitality because we\\u2019re married to a set of conditions, which become \\u2013 like it or not \\u2013 our excuses.
