Elle Russ chats with Holly Perkins - a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. She is the author of Lift to Get Lean (Women\\u2019s Health, 2015) and the leader of Women\\u2019s Strength Nation. Holly spent over 25 years taking various anti-depressants until she ultimately discovered that two particular foods were the actual culprit of her mental health issues, and she eventually weaned off anti-depressants.
