Podcast 43: The unspoken diet that you won't do but will WORK! (For men and women)

We all know we need to eat less to lose weight. But have you ever heard of eating more to lose weight?

Although there is no scientific literature backing the concept of reverse dieting (the process of slowly increase calories over a period of time) there has been many anecdotal evidence to prove the concept works amongst many strength and fitness experts.

Used commonly in athletes like Michael Phelps and fitness competitors I wanted to explain why in my opinion reverse dieting is necessary and relevant also to the everyday general population who does make a (serious) commitment to the gym.

Of course, you cannot eat whatever you like. It's planned and it's structured. Listen more if I've got you interested.
