How to Get In the Right Headspace to Make New Habits | Bonus Meditation with Alexis Santos

If you\\u2019ve been listening to the podcast this week, you probably heard that we\\u2019re in the midst of a 3-week series on health and fitness \\u2013 what we\\u2019re calling Get Fit Sanely. To state the obvious, one of the hardest parts of getting fit is to make and break habits.
