When I Had Suicidal Thoughts

Published: Sept. 25, 2020, 4 a.m.

Some thoughts right from the heart with one take. I hope you guys enjoy my story. The picture for this episode is an email that my dad had sent to me after I emailed him my notes on my suicidal thoughts. That type of support exists. It may be harder for some to find, but it's there, and it always helps on the road to recovering from depression & suicidal thoughts.  That hard place that you're in right now, believe it or not, it will pass. We are not eternally stuck in these places and mindsets, and change is very much so possible. Let someone know what kind of thoughts you're having. Sharing and hearing feedback can be life-changing.
