In continuing this month's focus on communication, I want to talk today about having honesty in our conversations. While trust and honest go hand-in-hand I believe that they are very different. Trust shows that those communicating with us have a level on vulnerable to let us in to certain aspects of their situation. Honesty, as the other side of the same coin, shows that those communing to us respect our opinion enough to ask for it, regardless of what we may say. Honesty is just as vulnerable and as scary as trust is. When both are combined, wonderful, open, and very intimate conversations can take place!
