Happy 4th of July - we hope everyone was able to enjoy the holiday!

This week\\u2019s podcast is another Sidebar episode between Mikey and myself.

We are in July and approaching our 10 year anniversary so we talk about our Decathlon workouts which we\\u2019ll be retesting throughout the month.

\\n

We are also a few weeks away from the 2021 CrossFit Games which will be July 27th to August 1st and hosted in Madison Wisconsin again.

\\n

With the Games being a few weeks away we take the opportunity to discuss this year\\u2019s qualifying events and the evolution or changes happening within the sport.
