Instead of talking about current events and things happening around the gym we\\u2019re going back in time like Bill and Ted to the summer of 1996.

This was a summer where Bernie decided that Mike and I didn\\u2019t do nearly enough biking or bonding together and what we really needed was a 2-week camping/biking expedition between Vermont and Canada.

In hindsight this was an amazing experience and it also happens to be when Mikey got hit by a car.
