Welcome to a new week and another episode of Strongtown Talks.
\\nIn the theme of Mother\\u2019s Day this week\\u2019s episode was a virtual sit-down with Coach LuAnn who started off the Quarantine by becoming a new mother.
\\nMikey and I have known LuAnn since she first began CrossFit back in 2009 during the Watertown days.
\\nWe get a chance to talk about what first brought her into the gym, her running days, adjusting to motherhood during the Quarantine, working remotely, and getting back into fitness postpartum.
\\nI want to give a quick shout out to Melissa Reed from CrossFit 203 and Reed Fitness & Physical Therapy, for helping LuAnn get back into a workout routine.
