This past week has been nothing short of crazy...we were trying to be optimistic and hope that our little gym in Southbury would be isolated enough so that the pandemic wouldn\\u2019t affect us but sadly I was wrong...it\\u2019s not the first time I was wrong and I\\u2019m sure it won\\u2019t be the last.

After almost 9 years we, along with many other businesses have been forced to shut down daily operations. It is definitely scary and I\\u2019m glad we can do our part to contribute towards the greater good.

Anyway - in this week\\u2019s episode Mikey and I get a chance to sit down an appropriate distance apart from each other to discuss the recent week\\u2019s events and how we\\u2019ve been responding.
