In this episode, recorded on February 9th 2020,  we sit down with Kat & Kate who represented Strongtown at CrossFit RedZone\'s first annual "Winter Classic" throwdown this past weekend.

Kat is a constant 6am\'er and Kate typically does the evening classes. We talk a bit about what brought them to compete, their experiences at the event and about Competitions in general.

This was Kat\'s first competition and although it was Kate\'s 2nd it has been almost 3 years since her last competition.
