Mental Toughness

This week on Jeb in Flow we’re talking about mental toughness as it applies to physical training and other areas of life in which that may be a requirement. This is a term that is overused and terribly misunderstood. Many people think “If I was more mentally tough, I could push harder so if I push harder, I will become more mentally tough” Well, it’s not that simple and that’s also not exactly true.
