Welcome to the Jeb in Flow Book Club. This book is fascinating and compelling. It is a short read too, with lots of stuff you can actually experiment with and integrate into your life. Long story short, we all need to be breathing through our noses a lot more. I used this book to embark on some experiments of my own, like nasal breathing only for 30 days of workouts. The results were pretty incredible!
