This bugs me SO much because I can't bear seeing people label themselves depressed and broken over something that we ALL share as HUMANS. THERE'S NOTHING wrong with YOU if you are feeling NOT GREAT a lot of the time.
AND you CAN decrease that percentage by simply ALLOWING those unwanted feelings to be there and accepting that YEA life is 50% shitty and 50% amazing, and that would take away UNNECESSARY suffering.
MUST LISTEN.
