In this episode i talk about how we can not take things personally when someone is upset at us and how we can take responsibility for how we are feeling so that we can choose to feel better when we are ready. 
This analogy helps us see the truth that our thoughts always create our feelings and other peoples thoughts create their feelings for them. Whenever we think we upset people or they upset us we are simply confused.
