Kiss the Ground. A movie review and meditation with mantra: Plant a seed. Heal our soils. Heal our planet. Heal ourselves.

Today's episode is inspired by the Netflix documentary, "Kiss the Ground."  As a response to this powerful documentary, I was inspired to plant seeds, literally in my garden, and plant the message that each one of us has an opportunity to heal our planet by healing our soils.  I highly recommend watching this informative movie, narrated by Woody Harrelson, and teachings from scientists and farmers around the world, on how we as humans can regenerate damaged, parched lands, to let Mother Nature do what she does best: to thrive and provide for us.   It's up to us to put our "thank you" into action, by offering healing practices into our soils through mindful planting, composting, and stopping methods which harm our soils.  And, harming our soil ultimately harms our crops, animals, and ourselves.  This is my way of planting seeds, to use my voice and small platform to ask you.  What will you do to make a difference?  Watch the movie.  This movie is refreshingly not about politics.  It's focused on science, agronomy, and agriculture, and done in a way which left me feeling hopeful and inspired.  I hope it impacts you in a positive way as it has done for me.   And, enjoy my short meditation, with the mantra "Plant a seed. Heal our soils. Heal our planet. Heal ourselves." It's an offering of lovingkindness, metta, to our planet, to Mother Nature.  As always, thank you for tuning in!  I will be back with another guest interview next week, to hear how my guests stay spiritually fit!  Let me know if something shared here was helpful or inspired something in you.  Let me know in a review or DM me.  I appreciate you tuning in!
