How yoga cultivated courage to do hard things and be true to herself. Spiritually Fit with Pilar Caso!

Published: Sept. 22, 2020, 4:59 a.m.

Welcome to Season 2 of my Spiritually Fit Yoga Podcast!  I'm excited to bring you guest interviews, to learn how they practice spiritual fitness and to hear their inspirational stories.  My first guest is Pilar Caso, a certified Baptiste Yoga Influencer, mom, and an amazing teacher on and off her mat, currently living in Napa Valley, California.  Pilar shares how she was able to leave an abusive relationship after an enlightening experience during a week-long Baptiste Yoga Retreat led by Baron Baptiste.  And, she shares many nuggets of wisdom throughout this interview. I was also able to extract myself from an abusive relationship experienced in my younger years.  I have a lot of compassion and empathy for anyone who feels stuck in a hurtful relationship.

Lastly, I want to mention that we just lost a powerful, impactful woman and leader, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.  Here is the quote I shared by her: "So often in life, things that you regard as an impediment turn out to be a great, good fortune." - Ruth Bader Ginsburg. RBG, thank you for fighting for gender equality, equal pay, and so much more! Your legacy lives on and our world is a better place because of you. Rest in Power, RBG.

I'm excited to bring you more guest interviews! I have been interviewing guests and will publish their episodes every other week and publish meditations and yoga classes in between interviews.  Thank you for tuning in!  Let me know what you've been getting from these episodes.  Let me know what you want to hear. Let me know if you would like to be a guest on my show!  Leave a review.  5 star ratings are always appreciated.  Reach out to me at amelia@spirituallyfityoga.com.  May you be healthy, safe, and experience life free of suffering.  Until next time my friends!  Blessings and Peace Out, Amelia Andaleon
