Episode 16: Matt Cooper- Combining Various Training Methods to Optimize Athleticism

Matt Cooper is a nutrition consultant, strength & conditioning coach, and sport scientist from California. What makes Coop’s training so interesting is he is able to combine proprioception and plyometric training using the Marinovich methods, along with taking inspiration from David Weck, Functional Patterns, and others to optimize athleticism and robustness with his athletes. Coop is on the cutting edge of truly developing better athletes. This was a great episode with some great information.
