Ryan Hopkins has spent the last 15 years of his life exploring everything fitness and weightlifting related and, with the launch of SoHo Strength Lab in 2013, transitioned into the gym ownership aspect of the fitness world. Ryan began his deep dive into health and fitness as an Athletic Training major at the University of Central Florida, but his most significant learning was done outside of the classroom. Ryan separates himself from many fitness professionals because of his exposure to and comprehension of a wide variety of training methods and modalities. Ryan is constantly educating himself, applying what he learns in his training to \\u201cexperience the individualities and peculiarities of each approach for every situation and circumstance.\\u201d\\xa0

Jason Li is a strength and conditioning coach at Soho Strength Lab in New York City. He was inspired at 16 years old by the big body building scene and quickly decided to make a career out of fitness. He earned his bachelor\'s of science in Kinesiology from CUNY Brooklyn College and is approaching his 10th year of Personal Training. Through his 10 year career, Jason has worked with professional athletes and everyday people. His goal is to find the best blend of theoretical significance and practical relevance.\\xa0
