Now, lets get into this episode.\\xa0 What did I learn from 2017?\\xa0 I actually wrote an entire blogpost on the 10 lessons learned from 2017.\\xa0 You can go to EricaMMcAfee.com/Blog to read all of my lessons.\\xa0 But the greatest lesson I learned was that God\\u2019s plans are always greater than our plans.\\xa0 I started this podcast because God was pushing me to my purpose.\\xa0 I was being stubborn and not listening.\\xa0 But then the holy spirit will continue to bring to my remembrance 2 Timothy 1:7

\\u201cFor God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.\\u201d

Why was I being so fearful about walking in my purpose?\\xa0 Why did I not want to take action? What was I waiting for especially since I had \\u201ceverything I needed\\u201d to take action. \\xa0Let me tell you how long fear had me. \\xa0My husband had gifted me a quality microphone and a new Macbook pro in Christmas of 2015.\\xa0 I waited until July 2017 to launch my website and August 2017 to launch this podcast.\\xa0 I cold emailed my first guest and the rest is history.\\xa0 Everyone has said yes of course I am willing to share.\\xa0 Yes, of course I\\u2019m ready to tell my testimony.\\xa0 Yes, of course I want to help other women heal from their loss.\\xa0 With over 1000+ downloads later God\\u2019s plans are always greater than our plans.\\xa0

So, what am I going into 2018 doing?\\xa0 Doing everything that scares me.\\xa0 Being Fearless.\\xa0 Living by 2 Timothy 1:7.\\xa0 God has given me the spirit of power, love and a sound mind.\\xa0 Not Fear!
