So this amazing event taught me so much about self-care surrounding fitness that I wanted to share some tips with you; if you are struggling with keeping fitness a priority or if you’ve just not sure where to start here are my tips for making fitness a priority and how to do it right;   Okay so # 1) Prepare; 2) make sure you like the activity, Bring friends 3) Hydrate 4) have a why; jillian michaels talks about it, trainer trish blackwell, who was on the show a few episodes ago talked about it, you have to have a reason 5) Make it fun, (make sure to mention upcoming episode about creating a playlist) or follow me on Spotify, look for my self care is sexy playlist, which I will be sharing with you guys.   6) Switch it up 7) Stick to your training - resource alert; 8) Ask for support 9) One step at a time 10) Control your attitude
