I didn't want to get out of bed today and do a podcast episode. But I did one and I'm happy that I did. I recognized that the commitment I made to myself could you daily episodes for at least 30 days was super important to me. I knew even though I didn't want to that I had to record this today. I would regret it tomorrow and probably for a lot longer than that if I didn't. Once I started moving and getting things going and once I hit the record button I started to feel better and I'm glad that I recorded this .
